At Ideal Baazar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.

 

1. Returns & Refunds

 

·       Returns are accepted within [7/14] days of delivery.

·       Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

·       Proof of purchase is required.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

 

Refunds are not available for:

·       Sale or discounted items

·       Customized or personalized bags

·       Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

4. Refund Process

 

·       Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

·       Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
